---The Local Voices Bookstore

 

*Was founded and curated by myself and Goddess Venus Selenite as a way to combat the erasure of TGNC Writers of Color as well as center and celebrate the amazing literature of these phenomenal artist.

 

*How does it work? I purchase the books to sell at an event from a Curated List of TGNC Writers of Color (Local and beyond). The writers receive the royalties for their work and the proceeds from sales go to a  TGNC  elder. The Local Voices Bookstore is an ongoing initiative as well. Popping up in many different places.

 

*This is an ongoing initiatives and we are always taking donations to be able to bring the Local Voices Bookstore to other spaces.
